In The Kitchen
Our Head Chef, Phil Rimmer, has been busy in the kitchen with our two Development Chefs, Jethro Lawrence and Matthew Peters.
With a wealth of experience between them, including Jethro making it to the 'MasterChef the Professionals' semi-final, they know a thing or two about making really good food. We're delighted to have such a talented team behind our delicious recipes, who work closely with our in-house dietitians to ensure each meal is nutritionally balanced.
