1. The Promoter. The promoter is: Wiltshire Farm Foods Limited Ireland (company no. 01 473 5595) whose registered office is at E3 Clonlara Avenue, Baldonnell Business Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, D22 T920.

2. Eligibility. The competition is open to all Irish residents aged 18 years or over, except that employees of the promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. Individuals must have a Facebook account to enter the competition.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The competition will run from 11:00 on 8th December 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 11:00 on 10th December 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2. All competition entries must be received by the promoter on, or in advance of, the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date will not be permitted and are automatically disqualified. Only one entry per person is permitted and entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3.3 To enter the competition: comment the answer to the Christmas trivia question on our competition Facebook post on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WiltshireFarmFoodsIreland) by the closing date. Your comment will provide you with one entry into the competition.

3.4 There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

3.5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost regardless of cause, including but not limited to, any postal failure, technical failure or network, server, computer or software failure of any kind.

4. The Prize

4.1. The prize available to be won is a €50 Wiltshire Farm Foods Voucher.

4.2. The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

4.3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Prizes are subject to availability.

5. Winners

5.1. One winner will be chosen by a random computer processor out of all the eligible comments on the relevant Facebook posts.

5.2. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3. The winners will be notified by a response to their entry comment on the competition Facebook post. To claim the prize, the winners must respond to this comment with a private message via Facebook Messenger, providing the address they would like their prize sent to. Any winners that cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.4. Please allow for 28 days for delivery of the prize.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

6.1. The promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the promoter will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who privately messages the Wiltshire Farm Foods Facebook Ireland page within one month after the closing date stated above at clause 3.3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

6.2. You are providing your information to Wiltshire farm Foods and not to any other party. Any personal information provided in connection with this competition will be used in accordance with Wiltshire Farm Foods' Privacy Policy found at www.wiltshirefarmfoods.com/privacypolicy. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7. General

7.1. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize(s) to anyone found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

7.2. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.3. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of the third party brands that have manufactured the prizes given.

7.4. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by EU law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
