Some iconic dishes from the last 30 years have been reinvented by our own Head Chef, Phil Rimmer, and his team of creative chefs, making them more delicious than ever! Phil has cooked up a succulent Coq au Vin and a tasty Sausage, Apple & Somerset Cider Casserole, Rob Allcock has re-imagined a classic Mushroom Stroganoff and Jethro Lawrence has shared his much loved Gammon in Somerset Cider Sauce.
And as if that wasn't enough to tempt your taste buds, we also have an exciting new dish - suggested by you! The winners of our competition to share a dish that brings you sunshine, Mr. Neville and Mr. Rushworth, both suggested the same recipe, so we knew they were onto a winner! Our winning dish is our tasty Savoury Minced Beef in a Yorkshire Pudding!

Our Summer Menu also has a selection of sweet treats for summer, including two new delicious desserts. Guest chef Matthew Peters has created a luxurious and zesty Jaffa Cake Pudding and Phil has introduced a delightful Peach & Raspberry Crumble with Custard.
